When you have a taste for chocolate, nougat, and caramel, but cannot have the luscious chewy caramel, you are in luck.  Galaxy Way is made from Milky Way being freeze-dried  During the freeze-drying process after the moisture is removed, the candy expands and puffs up into airy and crunchy little caramelly nougat puffs, with the same delicious flavor!
